It’s a sweltering day in Night City. Another hot fucking summer day for the books, and for some godforsaken reason V had decided to wake up early and head out to the fucking desert to do god knows what with Panam. Johnny doesn’t know, he wasn’t listening when she’d told him (except that he had been listening, they were racing cars, and V had spent the better part of the last month getting her own wheels beefed up for the ‘competition’). She’s probably having fun, but he can’t help but wish she was here with him to lounge the day away.
